ROLE OVERVIEW

The person who keeps every project on track and every team accountable.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for the day to day coordination of all active projects at The Developer Community. You will work directly with project teams to ensure timelines are maintained, deliverables are met, and nothing falls through the gaps between departments. You will manage the project tracker, schedule and facilitate team meetings, document decisions and action items, follow up on outstanding tasks, and surface risks to the Head of Operations before they become problems. You are the organisational thread that holds multiple simultaneous projects together. You will receive a Project Coordinator title at an active technology company, credited contribution on every application we ship, and a verified certificate of project management experience that reflects real multi-project coordination at scale.
