ROLE OVERVIEW

The person who ensures every technical decision leads to a reliable and scalable product.

The Tech Lead is responsible for the overall technical direction and execution of projects at The Developer Community, working closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Project Leads report to you for any technical challenges, which you review and escalate to the CTO when required, ensuring clear and timely resolutions. You also oversee the work of the core tech team — including ML Ops, DevOps, and Full Stack developers — ensuring alignment, code quality, and efficient execution across projects. You act as the central bridge between project teams and leadership, ensuring all technical efforts are structured, scalable, and on track. Nothing moves forward technically without your oversight — you ensure everything is built right. You will receive a Tech Lead title, credited contributions across all applications you oversee, and a verified certificate reflecting hands-on experience in leading real-world technical development and delivery.
